ABRARE COMERCIO E SERVICOS LTDA was constituted in December of 2022 and has since operated out of a private office on Av. Paulista, in the Bela Vista district of São Paulo. The firm was formed to consolidate a set of advisory, coordination and training services that its founders had been delivering to Brazilian small and mid sized companies under separate arrangements.
Today the practice groups four areas: business advisory, corporate training, event and conference coordination, and commercial intermediation between suppliers, partners and clients. Engagements are led directly by senior members of the firm and executed with a small internal team, without subcontracting the client relationship.
We keep the portfolio deliberately small so that the same people who scope a project are the ones who see it through, and so that operational quality does not get diluted across too many parallel accounts. New engagements are accepted only when there is real capacity to serve them well.

In company training programs in professional development, managerial practices and operational leadership, delivered in cohort format at the client site or in reserved venues.
End to end organization of corporate events, sector congresses, trade fairs and internal conferences: venue coordination, agenda design, supplier management and on site production.
Intermediation and coordination of general business dealings between suppliers, industrial partners and buyers, excluding real estate transactions, focused on repeatable commercial routines.
Short cycle diagnostic and improvement engagements on internal processes, purchasing routines and back office workflows, structured as time boxed reviews with concrete deliverables.
Ongoing coordination of supplier networks, service providers and commercial partners on behalf of client companies, including qualification, contracting support and periodic review cycles.
A first working session to map the client situation, the people involved and the outcome that would count as success. No proposal is issued before this step.
We write a plain document describing scope, timeline, deliverables, named responsibilities and fees, so the arrangement is clear before any work begins.
Execution runs on a weekly rhythm with a fixed point of contact from the firm and short written notes at the close of each cycle, so progress is visible in real time.
Every engagement ends with a written review, a handover of any material produced and, when appropriate, a follow up window for questions from the client team.
